Access Connected Beacon Data

Users can easily monitor the beacons connected to tracking devices using the live tracking screen's tooltip widget and beacon tab. This functionality provides real-time insight into the associations between beacons and devices.

Additionally, users have the option to access detailed beacon logs in the reports section, where they can review historical data and track beacon activities for further analysis.

To Access Conneccted Beacon Data

• Login to your account.
• Go to Live Tracking.

  • There are two ways to check the connected beacon data:

    • Beacon Tab: This section offers an in-depth overview of the beacons, detailing their connection status—whether connected or disconnected—as well as providing relevant information and associated data.

    • Tooltip Widget: The tooltip widget available on the live tracking screen displays real-time information about the beacons connected to tracking devices.

      To access the connected beacon information, please follow these steps:

1. 1. 1. • Click on the specific object from the Object List.

         • Navigate to Tooltip which appears on the right side of the screen.

         • You will find the Beacon widget. Ensure that the beacon widget is activated in the tooltip settings. If it is currently disabled, please enable it to access the necessary information.

           

         • When you click on the connected count displayed in the image above, a popup will appear, providing you with detailed information about the connected beacons.

           • The information includes essential details such as the vehicle name, beacon name, UUID, distance between the beacon and the device, beacon frequency, as well as other relevant beacon-related data as illustrated in the below image.
