Create an Admin Subuser account

If an admin wants to create a new user and tailor their rights and permissions, the admin can do so by creating a sub-user. Sub-users' rights are limited to their roles and responsibilities.

To accomplish this, the admin must create an account for the sub-user.

To get started

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Admin.
  • Double-click on the account for which you want to set the admin sub-user account.
  • Navigate to the Admin Subuser tab.

To set up an Account

  • Click on Add New.
  • Admin Subuser window will open.
  • Navigate to My Account.
  • Enter Username, Email ID, Password, Mobile Number and the other mentioned fields in the fields.
    These details will be helpful when the sub-user wants to access the account.
 
  • If you want to provide a sub-user with the rights to activate the 2 step verification, you can check the checkbox of 2 Step Authentication and provide the medium Via which the authentication will take place.
  • If you want to provide a sub-user with the rights of immobilization then you can make use of a security pin. Click on the checkbox of Enable Security Pin.
  • Enter a 6-digit security pin in the provided field.
  • Retype the pin to ensure it.
  • Add the Password recovery email if you have any.

Please Note: The same pin can be used for any other special functions also.

Navigate to Screen Access

Admin can provide specific Screen Access for Admin Subuser  according to their need for providing the subuser with custom rights and privileges.

Navigate to Data Access

Admin can provide specific Data Access for Admin Subuser  according to their need for providing the subuser with custom rights and privileges.

Navigate to User Setting

User Setting for Admin subuser account will allow the users to set their preferences as per their needs.

  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.
