Enable Security Pin
The security pin feature is an essential component of the software, designed to enhance security and user control. This functionality enables you to create a 6-digit security pin that can be utilized for different functionalities like immobilization and user deletion.
Please Note: The guidelines provided in this document for configuring Security Pin details are applicable to Admin, Resellers, and Company accounts.
To set the security pin
- Login in to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Admin/ Reseller/ Company.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to set the security pin.
- Navigate to My Account.

- Check the check box.
- Enter a 6-digit pin in the Enable Security Pin text box.
- Enter a 6-digit Security Pin.
- Retype Security Pin.

- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
Please Note: The user will require a security pin each time the user wants to initiate the immobilization function.
Forgot Security Pin.
In case you don't remember the security pin the system will share the security pin via email to your username.
to get the security pin follow the steps.
Please Note: The forget security pin option will appear after you have configured your security pin.
- Login in to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Admin/ Reseller/ Company.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to set the security pin.
- Navigate to My Account.
- click on forgot security pin.

- you will receive an email for your security pin on the registered username.

- click on forgot security pin.
Please Note: you need to configure email api for this function to work.
