The system allows the user to Reset their login password in case the user is unable to recall the password. This guide outlines the steps required to reset a new password.
The same steps need to be followed to reset the password for the Admin / Reseller/ Company account.
Before You Get Started
Please Note:
- Email configuration on the particular user (Admin / Reseller/ Company) or its parent user is required to receive email for Password Reset Link.
- To successfully receive the password reset link, please verify that the email address linked to the user account is correctly entered in the Password Recovery Email field located in the My Account tab of your user configuration.
- You can reset it from the Login page by clicking Forgot my password.
- You will be asked to enter the Username of your account.
- An email will be sent to you with a link and instructions for resetting your password on the registered Password Recovery Email.
- Click on the link given.
- You will be redirected to a password reset page.
- Enter a New password and confirm it by retyping it in the Confirm Password field.
- Click on the Update Password button.
Please Note:
- Password must be of at least 8 characters.
- Password must contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z), one lowercase character (a-z) and one digit (0-9) and special characters from (!,@,#,$,%,&,*,?).
- Now you can use your new password and log in to the account again.
