A Company Subuser Account is a secondary account under a company's primary account, designed for employees or team members with specific rights and permissions. Admins, Resellers, or the Companies themselves can create and modify company subuser accounts.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Company Subuser.
- Double-click on the sub-user account that you want to update.
To Edit or Update the Account
- Navigate to the My Account tab.
- Select the Company from the dropdown list.
- Select the Branch for which you want to create the sub-user.
- You can change the Username of the account.
- You can change the Password for the sub-user account with Change Password option.
- In Selection you can select Object or Object Group.
- If you select Object then you have to individually select objects for which you want to provide rights to the sub-user.
- If you select Object then you have to individually select objects for which you want to provide rights to the sub-user.

- If you choose the Object Group option, you will be able to select a previously created Object Group from the dropdown menu. Based on the object group selection, the corresponding objects will automatically populate in the object dropdown.

- You enable Enable Security Pin for the subuser.
- You enable Enable Security Pin for the subuser.

- You can provide the Password Recovery Email address to which the password reset link will be sent while performing Reset password.
