Why Am I Unable to View a Report or Screen?
The platform allows users to define precise access rights for each screen or report assigned to individual child users. This functionality allows users to grant specific permissions, including the ability to View, Modify, or Add/Delete content as needed.
- In the event that a child user reports that a particular screen is not accessible from their account, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > General > Reseller/Company/Company SubUser > Screen Access and grant the appropriate screen rights to enable access.
- This same procedure can also be applied to Admin Subusers and Reseller Subusers.
If you have followed all the steps outlined above and are still experiencing difficulties making changes, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
