Admin/ Reseller can configure different types of rights for the sub-user. These rights shall be given according to the sub-user’s roles and responsibilities.
To get started
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Reseller.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to configure user settings in the sub-user.
- Navigate to the Reseller Subuser tab.
To Provide Access
- Click on Add New and new window will open.
- Navigate to the User Settings tab.
- Under the Time zone dropdown menu, select the time zone for the reseller sub-user.
- Navigate to the User Settings tab.

- Under the Date Format dropdown menu, select the preferable Date Format for the sub-user account.
- Under the Time Format dropdown menu, select the preferable Time Format for the sub-user account.
- Under the Week Start Day dropdown menu, select the preferable Week Start Day for the admin sub-user account.

- User Status will help you to keep the account active or you can inactive account so they can not access it.
- You can give the rights to the user to see the default filter options by selecting the Show Default Filter Option as On or Off.
- You can check the box if you wish to give the rights to this user for seeing the Object With Path.

- By Clicking on the Restrict Change Password you can restrict the sub-user to change the password for the account.
- By checking the Forcefully First Login Password Change you can set the condition for sub-user to change the password for the account when he/she logs into the account for for the first time.

- If you want to grant vehicle immobilize rights to the sub-user then click on the check box of Immobilization.
- Door permission can be set.

- The Notification field will allow you to grant permission to the sub-user to get notifications via Web or Mobile.
- You can provide Web Access and Mobile Access as per your needs.
- By checking the Single Mode Login you can set the condition for sub-user to be able to login from Web or from Mobile for that account.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon .
