Admin users have the ability to set up Web and Mobile access for Reseller users. These rights enable the Reseller to access the platform through a web portal or mobile application. Reseller users can also modify these access preferences according to their requirements.
To Get Started
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Reseller
- Double-click on the account for which you want to set up web or mobile access.
- Navigate to User Settings tab.
To Provide Web Access
- Click on All if you want the user to have the Web platform access.
- Click on None if you don’t want the user to access the Web platform.
- Click on Specific if you want the user to have Web Access to the platform via a specific IP address.
- After selecting Specific, please enter the permitted IP Address in the designated text box. You can enter multiple IP commas separated.
To Provide Mobile Access
- Click on All if you want the user to have Mobile Application access.
- Click on None if you don’t want the user to access the Mobile application.
- Click on Specific if you want the user to have access to the Mobile application with a specific mobile or IP address.
- Click on Unique ID if you want the user to have access to the Mobile application via a specific mobile device only.
- After selecting Unique ID, you will be asked to enter the Mobile Unique Identification Number.
- Please locate the Unique Id on the sign-in page of the mobile application installed on your phone and enter it in the designated text box provided. You can enter multiple IP commas separated.

- Click on IP Address if you want the user to have Mobile application access via a specific IP address.
- You will be asked to enter IP Address, provide the permitted IP addresses in the text box provided. You can enter multiple IP commas separated.
- Click on IP Address if you want the user to have Mobile application access via a specific IP address.
- Save the configuration by clicking on the Save 💾 icon.
