Device Connectivity Check For Company
The Device Connectivity Check time is utilized to monitor the connection between the device and the system. If the system does not receive data for a specified duration, it will indicate the device as "Disconnected".
Admins or Resellers can configure device connectivity check times for company users by setting specific rules tailored to their requirements.
To Get Started
- Login to your account
- Go to Settings > General > Company
- Double-click on the Company account for which you want to set up the device connectivity check.
- Navigate to Rule. A new window named Company Rule will open.

- In the field Device Connectivity Check, the default time is set to 5 minutes, you can modify it according to the requirement.
- In the field Device Connectivity Check, the default time is set to 5 minutes, you can modify it according to the requirement.
- Click on Save 💾 icon.
The software has a default Device connectivity check set to 5 minutes. This means the system verifies whether data has been received within the past 5 minutes. If no data is received, the device will be marked as disconnected. This status will be displayed in the tooltip widget on the live tracking screen in both the web and mobile apps.
