Why the schedule report is not working?

Scheduled reports play a vital role in providing timely information, and saves time to download reports manually.

You might come across a situation where your schedule reports are not generated so here are the possible reason and solutions:

Incorrect configuration

To verify

  • Login to your account.

  • Go to Report > Activity > Travel Summary

  • Click on the Calendar icon. 

  • Select the report that is been scheduled.


  • Verify details configured in the schedule.

  • Make sure your email has been verified. If not then send us the email ID that needs to be verified. 

Email configuration must be properly configured and working

  • To verify the same navigate to Setting > General > Admin/ Reseller/ Company > Email

    • To verify whether the Email configuration is proper or not, check with the test configuration.

      • To test the created configuration, click on the test configuration.

      • If the test is successful then confirmation mail will be received on the email which is used for testing.
