Admin and reseller can provide access to all the information about the selected object to the Reseller according to their roles and responsibilities.
To get started
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Company
- Double-click on the record for which you want to provide data access to the company.
- Navigate to the Data Access tab.
- In the Alert field, you can select the kind of alert you want the reseller to have access to.
- Select the Default Language from the drop-down list. This will be the language in which the company will have data access.
- Click on the check box of Override Address on Location if you wish to see the actual address name in place of the address latitude and longitude.
- If you want to have the cover page (Title Page) when you download the reports then click on the checkbox to enable Show Cover Page on Download.
- Save the settings by clicking on the Save 💾 icon.
