The application will be available on the Play Store / App Store if the white label solution for the mobile application is purchased. If the white label solution for a mobile application is purchased and it is not available on the Play Store/App Store, then these may be the reasons and troubleshooting steps. For **IOS,** here are the steps to login to the [Apple Developer website.](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/how-to-login-in-to-the-apple-developer-website?hsLang=en) By logging into your account on the **Apple Developer website** and selecting '**Membership**' from the sidebar, you can view your membership status for the Apple Developer Plan. You will get a notification to renew your membership before your account is about to expire.  For **Google play store**, here are the steps to log in to the [Google play console website.](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/how-to-login-to-google-play-store?hsLang=en) Logging into your account and navigating to **Settings** **\> Account Details** will allow you to view your membership status for the **Google Play Console.** A notice reminding you to renew your membership will appear if your membership has already expired or is about to do so. #### **Non-compliant policies and data safety** Google often updates its user security policy. It is possible that your application won't be listed on the Play Store if it doesn't comply with Google's policies. #### **To verify,** Login to your developer account and check if any warning emails are received from google. To find out why your account was terminated, it's important to review Google's policies.
