Here are the steps to log in to the Google Play Console:
Open a web browser and go to the Google Play Console website https://play.google.com/apps/publish/.

Enter your google account email address and password.

Click on Sign in.

If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your trusted device.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the Google Play Console dashboard.

Please Note: If you do not have a google account, you will need to create one first. You can create a new google account by going to the Google sign up page https://accounts.google.com/signup and follow the instructions to set up a new account.
