Why were multiple alerts received ?
There are several reasons why you may receive multiple alerts. Here are a few typical reasons why you might be getting several alerts.
Alert must be properly configured
The configuration of alerts must be done correctly in order to avoid false alerts and unnecessary notifications from occurring and for alerts to be sent when necessary.

The device data has some trouble
The device may be experiencing connectivity issues due to inadequate network coverage and as a result, data transmission may be stopped or delayed, generating incomplete data.
If the device is not receiving enough power, it could not work properly which might end up resulting in incomplete data.
To verify
- Navigate to Report > Logs > System log Report
If all the above troubleshooting steps are done and you are still facing the issue, kindly raise a ticket on support.
