How do I change user details like Country, State, Timezone, etc.?

Users and parent users with the appropriate permissions have the ability to modify various configuration settings.

To get started

  • Login to your account. 

  • Go to Setting > General > Admin/Reseller / Company / Company sub-user.

    • Double-click on the user record that requires changes.

      • Make the necessary adjustments in the appropriate tab.

      • Click on the save 💾 icon.

      • If the save button is not visible, please reach out to the parent user to request the appropriate permissions.

         

If all the above steps are followed and you are still not able to make changes, kindly raise a ticket on support.
