HelpDesk Details on Company

Help desk details configured on the Company account enable sub-users to easily contact the company for assistance or to address any queries.

To Get Started

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to Settings > General > Company.
  • Double-click on the account you want to add help desk details.
  • Navigate to My Account.

To Configure Help desk Details

  • Enter the help desk or the customer support team's details in the mentioned fields.
    • Help Desk Telephone Number: Provide your landline number.
    • Helpdesk Email: Provide an email address that will be used for support by the company sub-users.
      Helpdesk details on reseller required details
    • Mobile Number: Provide a mobile number.
    • WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number with active WhatsApp.
    • Click on Save 💾 icon.
