Helpdesk details on company

Helpdesk details configured on the company account are helpful for the subusers to contact the company in case of any help or query.

To get started

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Company.
  • Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
  • Navigate to My Account.

To configure helpdesk details

Enter the help desk or the customer support team's details in the mentioned fields.

    • Help Desk Telephone Number: Provide your landline number.
    • Helpdesk Email: Provide an email id where the user will be contacting you.
      Helpdesk details on reseller required details
    • Mobile Number: Provide a mobile number.
    • WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number with active WhatsApp.
    • Click on Save 💾 icon to save the details.
