Can my customers directly contact our helpdesk team through the platform?
The platform offers the capability to configure helpdesk information for Admin, Reseller, and Company users, enabling direct access for their Child users to receive support through both web and mobile applications.
- It can be accessed by navigating to Settings > General > Admin/Reseller/Company > My Account
