Configuring HelpDesk Details

Helpdesk details configured on the admin account are helpful for the resellers to contact the admin in case of any help or query.

To get started

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Admin.
  • Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
  • Navigate to My Account.configuring-helpdesk-tab-my-account

To configure helpdesk details

Enter the help desk or the customer support team's details in the mentioned fields.

    • Help Desk Telephone Number: Provide your landline number.
    • Helpdesk Email Address: Provide an email address using which the Reseller will be able to contact you.

    • Mobile Number: Provide a mobile number.
    • WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number with active WhatsApp.
    • Click on Save 💾 icon.
