What are the limitations and available options regarding Data Storage?
As a standard practice, GPS travel data is stored for a period of 90 days. If you require storage beyond this duration, please reach out to our sales team or the Customer Success team for assistance.
- The duration for data storage can be adjusted within the limits set for the parent user, ensuring that it does not exceed the maximum allowable period established for the parent account.
- To adjust the limit, please navigate to Settings> General > Reseller/Company > My Account > Data Storage
