The system provides users with the capability to personalize their accounts by uploading their brand logo. In this guide, you will discover two straightforward methods to upload a logo for your account. Both options are detailed below.
Please Note:
- When the logo is uploaded from the admin account, it will automatically appear in the Reseller and Company accounts if those accounts have not uploaded their own logos.
- The Admin, Reseller or Company user can configure the logo on their account by following the same steps outlined in this document.
Option 1:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to Settings > General > Admin/Reseller/Company.
- Double-click on the account you want to upload the logo to.
- Under My Account on the right side, you will find the Logo section.

- Click on the Upload icon.
- An image upload window will appear.
Please Note: Image size should be less than 1 MB. Preferably 512 x 512, and the acceptable file format includes PNG, JPG, or JPEG.

- Click on Choose File, then add a logo image from your computer.
- To save the logo, click on the Save 💾 icon.
- Click on Choose File, then add a logo image from your computer.
Option 2:
- Log in to your account.
- On the Left Navigation Panel, click on the first icon on the top.
- A new Logo upload window will appear.
- Click on Choose File and upload a logo image from your computer.
- To save the logo, click on the Save 💾 icon.
The uploaded Logo will be displayed on the Top Left Side Corner of the screen upon your logging in.
