Transport Regulation Documents

The Transport Regulation module enables transport operators to generate regulatory documents required for passenger transportation services in compliance with the Colombian Ministry of Transportation.

The module automates the creation of two essential documents:

  • Transport Contract – A legal agreement between the transport service provider and the client that defines the scope, duration, service details, commercial terms, and obligations of both parties.
  • FUEC (Formato Único de Extracto de Contrato) – An official document issued for each vehicle operating under a transport contract. It summarizes the key contract information and must accompany the vehicle during service as required by Colombian transport regulations.

By generating these documents directly from Trakzee, organizations can eliminate manual Excel-based processes, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain document consistency, and reduce repetitive data entry.
