The system enables the user to assign tasks to technicians and keep an eye on the progress in real time. Assess the availability of technicians, input the customer information, and define the specific task specifications.
To Get Started
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > Technician > Technician Task.
Upon selecting Technician Task, you will be taken to the Technician Task Overview page, where you can view and manage all your technician tasks.
To Upload Technician Task
- Click on the ➕ icon on the task bar.

- Select Reseller and Company from the drop-down menu.
- Select Reseller and Company from the drop-down menu.

- Select the relevant Branch from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the appropriate Technician from the drop-down menu.
- Select Task Category from the drop-down menu.
- Maintenance: Select Maintenance for the maintenance task.
- Provide the Name of the task.
- Specify the appropriate Task Priority.
- Enter a detailed Description of the task.
- Select the Objects for maintenance.
- Installation: Select Installation for the device installation task.
- Provide the Name of the task.
- Specify the appropriate Task Priority.
- Enter a detailed Description of the task.
- Enter the No. of Object for installation.
- Maintenance: Select Maintenance for the maintenance task.

- Provide the details of the Contact Person as requested.
- Please provide the Service Location details.
- Select Planned Reporting Time for the task.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
- Provide the details of the Contact Person as requested.
