Why does it show server out-of-reach message in the mobile application?

It is a critical issue when you are not able to access the application and getting out of reach message. This problem may occur when an application is unable to connect to the server.

Poor Internet connection

When a mobile device is connected to a weak or poor internet connection, the application tries to connect to the server but unfortunately cannot. 

To Verify

Check the internet speed of the service provider.

You can verify the internet speed by Speed Test.


Switching the network could also help in rectifying the issue. 

There are scenarios where you see all the network bars are full in mobile networks and also on Wifi but the bandwidth which is required to connect an application is low. Talk to your service provider once. 

Alternatively, you can log into web portal from the same Internet Service provider and check if you are able to access it.

If yes, then report it to us. 

Application working with an old version

Application with older version might be the reason for the disturbance.

Features are upgraded and the old version does not support them. To resolve the same kindly update the application. 

Please kill the background-running application if the first two methods don't work to solve this issue.
