Users can set up a schedule for report downloads from the mobile application, which automates the process and eliminates the need for daily manual downloads and streamlines their workflow.
This feature enhances convenience by allowing users to specify report frequency and timing, ensuring relevant data is received without daily logins.
Whether it's a daily overview or a detailed insight into vehicle activity, users can customize their reporting preferences to suit their specific needs, ultimately improving efficiency and productivity.
To Get Started
- Log in to the Mobile Application using your credentials.
- Go to Reports screen.
To Schedule the Report
- Click on the report you want to schedule.
- Click on the icon on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on Schedule.
- Click on + icon on the top right corner of the screen.
- A schedule configuration screen will open.
- Schedule: Choose the specific day or time frame for which you would like to receive data in your report. You can select from various options, including Today, This Week, This Month, and more.
- Choose the Company and Branch associated with the vehicles for which you would like to establish the report schedule.
- Choose the Objects for which the report needs to be scheduled.
- Choose the Status of the vehicles for which you would like to schedule the report by selecting from the options such as Running, Idle, Stopped, and more.
- Status Since: Choose the relevant option to define the criteria for the duration of the specific vehicle status for which you wish to generate the report.
- Choose the Schedule Type that corresponds to your selected schedule, enabling you to select the specific day you would like to receive the report.
The Schedule Type depends on your selected schedule. For example, for "This Week" or "Last Week," choose weekdays; for "This Month" or "Last Month," select specific days of the month for report delivery.
- Time: Select your preferred time for receiving the report.
- Report Type: Choose the type of report you wish to download, whether a summary for a quick overview or a detailed report for in-depth analysis, based on your specific needs.
- Action: Select your preferred method for receiving the report: either via Email (Email Configuration is required) or FTP.
- Email
- Email: Enter the email address where the generated report should be sent.
- Subject: Provide a concise subject line to describe the report for easy identification.
- Message: Add any additional details or notes to accompany the report, if necessary.
- FTP
- Host Address: The IP address or domain name of the FTP server where files will be uploaded or downloaded.
- Port: The network port used to establish a connection to the FTP server.
- Username: The login credential used to authenticate and access the FTP server.
- Password: The corresponding password for the username to secure access to the FTP.
- Email
Please Note: The FTP server must be obtained, and the details, including the host address, port, username, and password, must be obtained from your service provider.
- Select your preferred File Format for receiving the report, choosing between PDF or XLS.
- Please enter a descriptive Report Name to facilitate easy reference and identification.
