Why I am facing an error in my email configuration?

There are few possibilities due to which there might be an error in email configuration. Here is the main reason and its solution.

First, verify whether the configuration is done properly or not, if not then click on email service configuration to verify the same.

In testing the email configuration, if the parameters are not configured correctly then there is a possibility of getting an error message as below.

To resolve the issue it is mandatory that User name, Password, Host, Outgoing Port, SMTP and TLS authentication must be entered correctly which is provided by the email provider.
