Why I am facing an error in my email configuration?
There are several potential causes for errors in email configuration. Below, we outline the primary reason for such issues along with its corresponding solution.
- First, verify whether the configuration is done properly or not, if not then click on email service configuration to verify the same.
During the testing of the email configuration, incorrect parameter settings may lead to the display of an error message, as illustrated below.

To resolve the issue, it is essential to ensure that the User name, Password, Host, Outgoing Port, SMTP, and TLS authentication settings are entered accurately, as provided by your email service provider.
