How to Sell the devices from Inventory?

When an admin wants to sell the devices to the reseller, the following steps needs to be followed.

The page you land on is the Inventory overview page where you can have a look at all your device records.

Select the devices which you want to sell to the reseller from the right side window.
Click on the Sell button on the taskbar.
A window would be opened, where you would be able to select the reseller whom you need to sell the devices to.
After the selection is made, you need to click on the Sell button and the devices are said to be sold to the selected reseller.
For visibility purposes, you would be able to see the count on the left side of the screen.
When you click on the admin account name, you’d be able to see the reseller name, the available quantity and the total number of devices which the users have.
On the right side window, you’d be able to see the device details from where you’d be able to see even details and history of a particular device has been purchased and sold.

To further sell the devices to the reseller subuser, please follow the steps mentioned below.

When you click on the admin account name, further; the reseller, where you’d be able to see the reseller subuser to whom the devices needs to be sold further.

To sell the devices to the reseller subuser;
Select the reseller, you need to select the devices from the right side panel from the available device stock list.
Select the devices which needs to be sold.
Once the devices to be sold are selected, click on the Sell button.
For visibility purposes, you would be able to see the count on the left side of the screen. When you click on the (arrow) admin account name,further click on the reseller name, you’d be able to see the available quantity and the total number of devices which the users have.

To return the devices to the Admin/ Reseller, please follow the steps mentioned below.

Click on the user whose devices needs to be returned back to the superior user in the hierarchy, and you'd be able to see the devices details on the right side window.

To return the devices, you will have to select the device from the list which needs to be returned.
After selecting the devices which needs to be returned, click on the Return button.

For using this device to add object, you can follow the steps mentioned below:

When you click on the admin account name,further click on the reseller name, you’d be able to see the reseller subuser name, the available quantity number of devices which the subuser have.
To further use this device to use in an object, you can use the downloadable QR code.
When you click on the download button, the QR code will be downloaded and using that QR code mobile application login needs to be done.
To do so, you will need to download the mobile application from Play Store or App Store.
Go to the Sign-Up option, where you will have 2 options to put the device to use.
First is the Scan QR code option, where you will be able to scan the QR code and use the device.
Second is the IMEI number, where you need to provide the IMEI number of the device to login.
After which the user would be able to create the end user account which is the company account and further add the object.

To use the devices while you add the object from Object:

Go to Settings> General> Object.
While adding the object details, you’d be able to select the IMEI number of the devices.

Click on the Save 💾 button.
