The reports in driver application consists of Inspection and Maintenance reports. These reports can be viewed by the driver from the application by following the steps mentioned below.
To get started
- Login to your driver application.
- Click on the Reports.
To View Inspection Reports:
- Click on Inspection.
- The list of Inspection reports will be shown.
To Add new Inspection Reports:
- Click on Add icon.
- Select the Vehicle Number and Inspection Type from the list mentioned in the field.
- Add Odometer Value.
- Select the Check Point from the list mentioned in the field.
- Select the Remarks from the list provided below.
To Edit Inspection Reports:
- Click on Edit icon.
- You'd be able to edit the reports from here.
To Search Inspection Reports:
- Click on Search icon.
- You'd be able to search the reports from here.
To Filter Inspection Reports:
- Click on Filter icon.
- You'd be able to filter the reports from here.
To View Maintenance History Reports:
- Click on Maintenance History.
- You'd be able to view all the reports from here.
- Additionally, if the user wants to view the in Table or Card format, click on the three dots.
- Click on View.
- Select the format in which you need to view the report.
To Export Maintenance History Reports:
- Click on three dots icon.
- Click on Export.
- Select the format in which the report needs to be exported.
To Edit Maintenance History Reports:
- Click on edit.
- Select the Date Range.
- Select the report which needs to be edited and make the necessary updates.
To Filter Maintenance History Reports:
- Click on Filter icon.
- You'd be able to filter the reports from here by selecting the company, branch or vehicle as per your requirement.
