Change Date and Time Format

Admin can customize the date, and time format according to their needs for admin, reseller, and company users.

Please Note: This document guides the steps for configuring date and time in the admin account. The same process should be followed for reseller and company accounts.

To get started

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Admin/ Reseller/ Company. 
  • Double-click on the account you want to customize the time zone.
  • Navigate to the User Setting tab. set-date-time-tab-user-setting

Customize the date and time format

  • Click on the Date Format dropdown menu, and select the preferable Date Format for the account.
  • Click on the Time Format dropdown menu, and select the preferable Time Format for the account.

  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.
