How do I configure announcements?

Announcements in Trakzee are the messages or notifications that are sent to all the users of the platform.

Any important messages or information that needs to be communicated to all the users of the platform can be passed with the help of announcements. 

Announcements can also be updates related to new features, maintenance schedules, etc.

It helps in keeping the users informed and up-to-date with the latest developments in the platform. 

Announcements can be seen in the notifications, or as a pop-up when logged into the application or can be received as either Email or SMS as selected. 

To get started 

  • Login to your account.

  • Go to Settings > Master > Announcement.

The page you land on is the Announcement overview page where you can have a look at all your announcements.

To create announcements

  • Click on thebutton on the taskbar.

    • Select the user entity from the drop down list which the Announcement is For.

    • Select the User from the drop-down list.

    • Select the Priority of the announcement.

    • Select the Announcement Via medium from the check boxes.

    • Enter the Subject of the announcement.

    • Enter the Summary of the announcement.

    • Enter the Message in the text box and set the formatting as per requirement.

    • Click on upload button to Upload Image if required.

    • Select the Schedule Time from the drop down list.

    • Click on the Save 💾 icon.
