QR Tracking Access

The QR Tracking Access feature allows administrators to configure secure access settings for QR code-based vehicle tracking. It enables the creation of a company-level password and defines the access duration for users who scan a vehicle's QR code. This ensures that only authorized personnel can view a vehicle's live GPS location for a limited period. 

To Get Started

  • Log in to your account. 

  • Go to setting > master > QR Tracking Access

To Configure QR Tracking Access

  • Click on the + button, you will be redirected to the configration screen. 
  • Select the Company from the drop down. 
  • Enter a secure Password 
  •  Specify the Duration (in minutes) for which tracking access will remain active after successful authentication. 
  • Click Save to apply the configuration. 

Note: The configured password is shared with authorized users, such as drivers, customers, or security personnel, who need temporary access to vehicle tracking 

Note: The password configured in QR Tracking Access is applied at the company level. All QR codes generated for vehicles under the selected company use the same password and configured access duration. After the session expires, users must re-authenticate by scanning the QR code again and entering the password.
