Scheduled Report Not Received via Email

A scheduled report may not be delivered to the configured email address if the scheduled report has been automatically marked as Inactive after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.

This is expected system behavior and can occur due to email service issues, email verification problems, or other email delivery failures.

Example Questions

    • Why am I not receiving my scheduled report by email?
    • Why has my scheduled report stopped being sent?
    • Why is my scheduled report showing as Inactive?
    • Why did I receive the report previously but not anymore?
    • How can I reactivate a scheduled report?
    • Why is my Trip Summary report not being received by email?

Symptoms / How to Identify

  • The scheduled report is not being received by the configured email address.
  • The report schedule is marked as Inactive.
  • The report was previously configured and working.
  • Multiple email delivery attempts may have failed.

Information Required Before Troubleshooting

  • Report name/type.
  • Scheduled report configuration.
  • Recipient email address.
  • Current schedule status.
  • Any available email delivery/error information.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Open the Scheduled Reports configuration.
  2. Locate the affected scheduled report.
  3. Check the status of the report schedule.
  4. If the schedule is Inactive, verify whether it was automatically deactivated after repeated delivery failures.
  5. Review the configured recipient email address.
  6. Reconfigure the scheduled report.
  7. Save the schedule again to reactivate it.
  8. Wait for the next scheduled execution and verify whether the report is received.

Possible Cause

  • Scheduled report failed to be delivered multiple times.
  • Email service or delivery issue.
  • Email verification issue.
  • Other email-related delivery failures.
  • System automatically marked the schedule as Inactive after repeated failures.

Resolution / Action

If the scheduled report is inactive, reconfigure the report schedule and save it again from the configuration settings.

After reactivation, verify the recipient email address and monitor the next scheduled delivery.

Note: This behavior is different from a general SMTP configuration issue. If the scheduled report is active but emails are still not being delivered, then the SMTP/email configuration should be investigated separately.
