The Status Summary report provides an overview of connected devices/vehicles and their operational status. It displays status counts at different organizational levels (Reseller→ Company → Branch) and provides a detailed device-level view with vehicle information, IMEI, SIM details, last update timestamp, and current status.
The report supports monitoring of device activity and helps users quickly identify running, idle, stopped, inactive, or missing-data devices.
Please Note: This report is only available in Trakzee Premium.
To Open Status Summary Report.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Reports > Activity > Status Summary.
Please Note: The Report has no Filter and will load directly.
Report Explanation

The left-side panel provides an aggregated status summary grouped by user hierarchy.
- User: Displays the Reseller, company, & Branch associated with the devices.
The hierarchy allows expansion from higher-level accounts into lower-level groups. - Total: Total number of devices available in users account.
- Running: Count of devices currently moving.
- Idle: Count of devices currently in Idle(Engine On but not moving).
- Stop: Count of devices currently in stopped state.
- Inactive: Count of devices currently not sending data to the server.
- No Data: Count of devices that have not provided recent data.
- Live Tracking: Click on the
icon to view the live tracking for the particular user.
- E.g.: By clicking on the icon in the branch valsad the live tracking for valsad branch will open.

- User: Displays the Reseller, company, & Branch associated with the devices.
- The Right Side of the report will show the device available under the selected user.
- From the top search bar user can search the vehicle.
- Vehicle No: Name of the vehicle.
- IMEI No: Unique Identification number of the device.
- SIM No: Sim number associated with the device.
- Last Updated Time: Displays the most recent timestamp when the device sent data.
- Status: Displays current device operational status.
