Data access for company subuser
Admin, reseller, and company can provide access to all the information about the selected object to the sub-user according to their roles and responsibilities.
To get started
- Login to your account
- Go to Settings > General > Company Subuser
- Double-click on the company sub-user account you want to provide access.
- Go to Data Access tab.
To provide data access
- Select the Alerts to which you want to grant the access.
- Select the Timezone and Sim Provider from the dropdown list.
- Select the Default Language in which the sub-user should see the entire data.
- Select the Storage Days.
- If you want to provide the access to Override Address on Location , check the box .
- If you want to have the cover page (Title Page) when you download the reports then click on the checkbox to enable Show Cover Page on Download.
- If you want to enable Contact Detail Masking then click on the checkbox.
- Select Parameter for Masking from the dropdown list.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
