ChatBot For Company
A ChatBot is a digital assistant designed to facilitate online chat interactions. These intelligent systems are adept at providing answers to user's inquiries.
The Chatbot configured for Reseller users can be inherited by Compnay, or they can customize it with their own Chatbot configuration.
Before Getting Started
- Explore and select a third-party Chatbot service from a provider that offers the capability to utilize a JavaScript snippet.
- Create a Bot as per your requirements.
- Connect a chat channel to the conversation inbox.
A chat channel is where you can customize your team's availability.
To Set Up ChatBot
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Company.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to configure ChatBot.
- Navigate to the ChatBot tab.

- There are two options: Custom and Inherit.
- Inherit: To inherit the Chatbot from the admin account.
- Custom: Configure a unique Chatbot specific to the account.

- Click on the checkbox of ChatBot.
- In the ChatBot Script field, enter the javascript link provided by the bot service provider.

- Click on the checkbox of ChatBot.

- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
