Change Account Password

The platform enables users to update their account passwords, ensuring enhanced security. This guide outlines two simple and effective methods for changing your password, detailed in the sections below.

Please Note: The process outlined here is an example for an Admin Account. To change the password for Reseller, Company or Sub-user account, the steps remain the same. The only difference is selecting the respective account instead of the Admin account.

If you encounter any issues while changing the password, please contact your Admin for assistance.

Option 1:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Settings > General > Admin/Reseller/Company.
  • Double-click on the account you want to change the password for.
  • Navigate to My Account.

    • Enter your Old Password, then your New Password, and confirm it by retyping it in the Retype Password field.

  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.

Option 2:

  • Log in to your account.
  • On the Left-side Menu below the logo, find User.
  • Click on User > Change Password.

    • Enter your Old Password, then your New Password, and confirm it by retyping it in the Retype Password field.

  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.

      Please Note:

      • Password must be of at least 8 characters.
      • Password must contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z), one lowercase character (a-z), one digit (0-9) and special characters from (!,@,#,$,%,&,*,?).
