Add Announcement

Announcements in application are the messages or notifications that are sent to all the user groups of the platform. This can be updates related to new features, maintenance schedules, etc. and can also help in keeping the users up-to-date with the latest developments in the platform.

Announcements can be seen in the notifications, or as a pop-up when logged into the application or can be received as either Email or SMS as selected.

To get started 

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to Settings > Master > Announcement.

The page you land on is the Announcement overview page where you can have a look at all your announcements.

To create announcements

  • Click on thebutton on the taskbar.

    • Select the user group from the dropdown list, Announcement For.
    • Select the user from the dropdown list.
    • Select the Priority of the announcement.
    • Select the Announcement Via medium from the checkboxes.
    • Enter the Subject of the announcement.
    • Enter the Summary of the announcement.
    • Enter the Message in the text box and set the formatting as per requirement.
    • Click on upload button to Upload Image if required.
    • Select the Schedule Time from the dropdown list.
    • Click on the Save 💾 icon.

  • Click on the Download button on the taskbar.

  • A file with XLS extension gets downloaded.
