Add Announcement

An announcement is a formal notification or message intended to inform users about important updates, changes, or events. In the context of the platform, it typically includes information such as new features, system updates, maintenance schedules, or other relevant news.

Announcements are typically visible to all users and can be delivered through notifications, or via email or SMS, based on the preferences selected during the announcement process. These messages may appear in the notifications section or as pop-ups when logged into the application.

To Get Started

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Settings > Master > Announcement.

Upon navigating to the Announcement screen, you will be directed to the Announcement Overview page, where you can view all the previously sent announcements.

To Create Announcement

  • Click on thebutton on the taskbar.

    • Select the entity or user group from the Announcement For dropdown list to specify the recipients of the announcement.
    • Select the user to whom the announcement should be sent from the drop-down list.
    • Select the Priority of the announcement.
    • Announcement Via: Select the appropriate medium through which the announcement should be sent, such as notifications, email, or SMS.
    • Enter the Subject of the announcement.
    • Enter the Summary of the announcement.
    • Enter the Message in the provided box and set the formatting as per requirement.
    • Click on the Upload button to include an image or PDF document in announcement. Frame 655 (5)-1
    • Select the Schedule Time from the dropdown list.
    • Click on the Save 💾 icon.

To Download Announcement Details

  • Click on the Download button on the taskbar.

  • A file with an XLS extension gets downloaded.
