# Gestionar documentos de administrador

Gestiona todos los documentos administrativos en un solo lugar y organiza información importante, como certificaciones y licencias. Esto garantiza que todos los documentos sean fácilmente accesibles desde la propia plataforma. En comparación con el mantenimiento de registros manuales, tener todos los documentos en formato digital puede ayudar a ahorrar tiempo y recursos.

#### Para empezar

- Inicia sesión en tu cuenta.
- Ve a **Configuración** \> **General** \> **Administrador**.
- Haz doble clic en el registro de administrador para el que deseas subir los documentos.

#### Navega a la pestaña **Documentos**

- - Haz clic en **Documento. ➕.**

- - Agrega el Nombre del documento.

-  Introduce la **Fecha de emisión del documento**.
- Introduce la **Fecha de vencimiento del documento**.
- Sube la imagen del documento desde tu sistema.Puedes descargar la imagen del documento haciendo clic en **Descargar**.
- Puedes eliminar los detalles del documento haciendo clic en **Eliminar**.
- Haz clic en el botón **Guardar 💾**.
