Edit Consumer Account
A Consumer in the system refers to an account created under a specific reseller(reseller subuser) user, typically managed by a Reseller or Admin.
A consumer account can be created by Admin, Reseller or Sub Reseller users and updated as needed by Admin, Reseller ,Sub Reseller or consumer (from mobile app)This document provides instructions on editing an existing company account(web Portal).
To Get Started
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Consumer.
- Double-click on the account you want to modify.
To Update Company Account
Navigate to My Account.
- You can edit the Country & State from the dropdown menu.
- You can edit Short Name and Username.
- You can change password by clicking on

- In Old Password, write the current password
- In New Password & Retype Password write the password you want to change to.
- Click in
to save the changes. - Click on
to cancel the changes.
- You can edit the Mobile Number.
- You can edit the City.
Navigate to User Settings
- The User Settings section in the Consumer account enables users to customize their preferences according to their specific needs.
- You can modify the Time Zone according to your preference. The chosen timezone will be utilized to present analytics for the company account within the application.
- You can edit the Date format.
- Click on the Date Format drop-down menu and select the preferred Date Format for the account.
- You can edit the Time format.
- Click on the Time Format drop-down menu and select the preferred time format for the account.
- Click on the Time Format drop-down menu and select the preferred time format for the account.
Navigate to Data Access
- Edit the Default Language From the Dropdown.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
