In the context of our platform, an object refers to any entity or item that can be managed, tracked, or interacted with in the system through a tracking device configured with the Vehicle. vehicle typically represent physical devices, such as IoT hardware.
To efficiently Edit vehicle records, please follow these outlined steps.
To Get Started
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile > Vehicle.
Upon clicking on the Vehicle, users will be directed to the Vehicle Overview page, where they can easily view and manage all Vehicle records.
To Edit Vehicle.
- Once you click on vehicle, the overview page will open
- Tap on the vehicle you wan to Edit.
- Once you Tap on the vehicle the following page will open.
- To edit the Vehicle click on the
icon available on the bottom panel of the screen.
- Tap on the
icon to upload vehicle photo
- Select Camera, if you want to click a photo through mobile's camera.
- Select Gallery, if you want to upload image from your phone's gallery.
- Tap on Registration Number, to edit the registration number of the vehicle.
- Tap on Vehicle Model, to change the vehicle model from the list.
- Tap on VIN Number to edit, the vehice's VIN number.
- Tap on Engine Number, to edit the Vehicle's Engine Number
- Tap on Purchase Date, to edit the date on which the vehicle was purchased.
- Tap on IMEI Number, to edit the GPS device IMEI number.
- click on
icon to scan the IMEI QR.
- click on
- Tap on Odometer, to edit the Vehicle Odometer reading.
- Tap on Timezone, to edit the timezone that is set on the device.
- Tap on Distance unit, to change the unit from Kilometer, Miles or Nautical miles that you prefer.
- Tap on Fuel Type, to edit the fuel that the vehicle uses.
Please Note: Distance based fuel Consumption, Value & Unit these three are used to estimate the amount of fuel consumed by the vehicle based on the distance it travels.
- Tap on Distance Based Fuel Consumption: to edit the distance the vehicle travels.
- Tap on Value, to edit the fuel consumption done for the distance travelled.
- Tap on Unit, to edit the unit of fuel.

Click on Save to save the vehicle configuration.
