Zio in Chatgpt

Overview

Zio is also available as a plugin in ChatGPT. The plugin allows users to connect Zio to ChatGPT and ask questions related to their fleet information.

Note: The Zio ChatGPT plugin can be connected using a Company account only.

Admin and Reseller accounts cannot be used to log in to the Zio ChatGPT plugin.

How to Install the Zio Plugin

Step 1: Open ChatGPT
- Log in to your ChatGPT account.
Step 2: Search for Zio
- Go to the Plugins section and search for Zio.
- You can also open the Zio plugin directly:

Step 3: Install the Plugin
- Open the Zio plugin.
- Click Install plugin.
- After installation, you will be redirected to the Zio – Sign In to Connect screen.
  - On the Zio Sign In screen, enter the required connection details:
    - Enter the Zio server address provided by your organization.
    - Enter the Company account username.
    - Enter the Company account password.
    - After entering the details, click Sign In.

Note: If a user is unable to sign in to the Zio ChatGPT plugin, verify the account type first. Only a Company account can be used.

How to Use Zio in ChatGPT

After successfully connecting Zio:

Open the Zio plugin in ChatGPT.
Enter your question in the chat.
Submit the question.
Zio will retrieve the relevant information.
The response will be displayed in ChatGPT.

Depending on the query, Zio may provide information using:

Text responses
Fleet summaries
Vehicle information
Maps
Dashboards
Reports
Charts or other supported visual components
