[Company](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/knowledge/trakzee?hsLang=en#company) # Web and Mobile Access for Company Subuser Admins, Resellers, or Companies have the ability to configure Web and Mobile access for Company subusers, thereby granting them access to the platform through the web portal or mobile app while also allowing for restricted access as needed. ### To Get Started - Log in to your account. - Go to **Settings \> General \> Company Subuser.** - Double-click on the account for which you want to set up web or mobile access. - Navigate to **User Settings** tab. ![Frame 668 (2)](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Frame%20668%20(2).png?width=518&height=91&name=Frame%20668%20(2).png) ### To Provide Web Access - **Click** on **All** if you want the company user to have **Web** **platform** access**.** - **Click** on **None** if you don’t want the company user to access Web platform. - **Click** on **Specific** if you want the company user to have **Web Access** to the platform via a specific IP Address. - After selecting Specific, please enter the permitted **IP Address** in the designated text box. You can enter multiple IP commas separated. ![Frame 666 (8)](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Frame%20666%20(8).png?width=464&height=245&name=Frame%20666%20(8).png) ### **To Provide Mobile Access** - **Click** on **All** if you want the company user to have **Mobile Application** access**.** - **Click** on **None** if you don’t want the user to access the Mobile application. - **Click** on **Specific** if you want the user to have access to the Mobile application with a specific mobile or IP address. - **Click** on **Unique ID**if you want the user to have access to the Mobile application via a specific mobile device only. - After selecting Unique ID, you will be asked to enter the **Mobile Unique Identification Number**. - Please locate the **Unique Id** on the sign-in page of the mobile application installed on your phone and enter it in the designated text box provided.
