The Inventory Stats screen allows users to record and monitor environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity for specific inventory units within a warehouse.
This feature ensures that storage conditions are properly documented and maintained according to regulatory standards. Recording accurate environmental data helps maintain warehouse compliance under WASL requirements and supports quality control for temperature-sensitive storage categories such as chilled or frozen units.
Inventory Stats plays a crucial role in maintaining operational transparency and condition monitoring.
To get started
- Log in to your admin account.
- Go to Setting→WASL→Inventory Stats
- Click on the ➕ icon on the taskbar below.
To add a Inventory Stats
- Select the reseller managing the WASL account.
- Choose the company under which the warehouse is registered.
- Select the specific inventory unit for which environmental data is being recorded.
- Enter a reference name for the record.
- Record the current temperature reading of the selected inventory unit.
- Enter the humidity percentage measured within the inventory area.
Note:These parameters help validate that storage conditions meet regulatory and operational standards.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
