Tire Inspection

Users can perform tire inspections from time to time in order to monitor the tire health with the tire inspection. Users can also download the tire inspection details. To carry out a tire inspection and download those details, consider the following steps:.

To Get Started 

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Settings > Tire > Tire Inspection.

To Perform Tire Inspection

• Click on the ➕ button on the taskbar.
  
  
  • Select the Company from the drop-down list.
  • Select the Branch from the drop-down list.
    
  • Select the Object from the drop-down list.
  • In Check Date, select the date of inspection.
  • Enter the Odometer value.

• • Select the Inspection tire from the list.

    

    The selected tire will be highlighted in the diagram as shown in the below-given image.

    

  • In Inspection Type, you can select the type of inspection.
    
    • by Defaul there is no option in drop-down. user can click on Add new and create the drop-down list options.

  • Select Yes/No as an answer for all the questions mentioned.

  • In Depth, enter the tire thread depth during inspection.

  • Toggle ON, Show Tire Measurements if you want to add tire thread depth per groove.
    • Enter the thread measurement in RTD1, RTD2, RTD3, RTD4.
      
    • Based on the data user will get the Average RTD for thread depth.
    • In WTD (Wear to Date), the user can view the amount of tread that has been used, based on the comparison with the tread value entered when the tire was added to the inventory.
  • In KM Rdg, enter the kilometer that the tire has covered during the time of inspection.

  • Enter Remark if any.

    

• • Click on the Save 💾 icon.

To Download Tire Inspection Details

• Click on the Download button on the taskbar.
  
• A file with an XLS extension gets downloaded.
  
  

• You can share this file with others or utilize it as needed for your specific requirements.
