Application Usage Report
The Application Usage Report helps you monitor customer usage of the application and identify accounts that may need attention.
It provides a reseller-level summary and allows you to drill down into company-level usage details to understand customer activity and usage trends.

How to Access
- Report-->Log-->Application Usage
Filters
Use the available filters to generate the report:
- Admin: Select the required Admin account.
- Risk Type: Select how the risk categories should be evaluated:
- Default: Uses the predefined risk categories available in the system.
- Custom: Uses manually created risk categories and criteria based on business requirements.
Click Apply to generate the report.
Additional options:
- XLS: Export the report to Excel.
- PDF: Export the report to PDF.
- Update Filter: Update the selected filter settings.
- Delete Filter: Delete the selected filter settings.

Report Layers
The Application Usage Report has two layers:
Layer 1 – Application Usage
Provides a reseller-level overview of application usage.
You can review:
- Reseller
- Total objects
- Usage/risk distribution
- About to Churn
- High Risk
- Mid Risk
- No Risk
Click the + icon against a reseller to view detailed information.
Layer 2 – Application Usage Detail
Provides company-level usage details for the selected reseller.
You can review:
- Company
- Tier
- Current and previous month risk status
- Active objects
- Inactive objects
- Total objects
Use the back arrow to return to the reseller-level report.
How to Read
Read the report from overall reseller usage → individual company usage.
Layer 1 – Reseller Level
- Check the Total Objects to understand the size of the reseller's customer base.
- Review the risk/usage distribution to identify how many objects fall into each category.
- Focus on resellers with a higher number or percentage of accounts in categories requiring attention.
Layer 2 – Company Level
- Click + to view the companies under a reseller.
- Check the current month's status to understand the latest usage position.
- Compare it with previous months to identify whether usage is improving, declining, or remaining consistent.
- Review Active and Inactive Objects to understand the current activity level.
Take Action
- Identify customers with low application usage.
- Prioritize follow-ups with accounts that require attention.
- Compare monthly usage to identify declining engagement.
- Review inactive objects and identify possible reactivation opportunities.
- Use the company-level details to plan customer-success actions.
Risk Type
The report supports two approaches for defining risk categories:
- Default: Uses the risk categories already predefined in the system.
- Custom: Allows risk categories and their criteria to be manually created according to business requirements.

The risk status displayed in the report depends on the selected Risk Type.
Important Notes
- The report contains two levels: Reseller → Company.
- Risk categories and their criteria may vary depending on whether Default or Custom is selected.
- Monthly risk status can be compared to identify changes in customer usage.
- The information displayed depends on the selected Admin account and the user's access permissions.
