It helps users monitor **working duration, distance, driver details, and individual work-hour records**. ### Benefits - **Monitor working hours of objects.** - **Track distance travelled during the working period.** - **Review working duration for individual objects.** - **Identify objects with no recorded working duration.** - **Review detailed work-hour records for a selected object.** - **View the travel path associated with the work-hour record.** ### How to Access - Report--\>Activity--\>Work Hour Summary ### Filters Use the available filters to generate the report: ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-14-2026-11-38-09-1195-AM.png?width=517&height=878&name=image-png-Sep-14-2026-11-38-09-1195-AM.png) - **Company:** Select the required company. - **Date Selection:** Select the required date or date range. - **Time Range:** Enable to specify the required start and end time. - **Branch:** Select the required branch. - **Vehicle Group:** Select the required vehicle group. - **Vehicle Type:** Select the required vehicle type. - **Vehicle Brand:** Select the required vehicle brand. - **Vehicle Model:** Select the required vehicle model. - **Object Selection:** Search and select the required objects from the available hierarchy. Additional options include **Save Filter, Delete Filter, Apply, XLS, PDF, and CSV**. ### Report Layers The **Work Hour Summary Report has two layers: Work Hour Summary → Work Hour Detail.** **Layer 1 – Work Hour Summary** Provides an overall view of the working duration and distance for each selected object. Key information includes **Company, Branch, Object, Object Brand, Object Model, Driver, Distance, and Working Duration**. Key information includes **Start Datetime, Start Location, End Datetime, End Location, Driver, Employee No, Distance, Working Duration, and Show Path**. Use **Show Path** to view the travel path associated with the work-hour record. ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-14-2026-11-40-41-1313-AM.png?width=1501&height=167&name=image-png-Sep-14-2026-11-40-41-1313-AM.png) ### How to Read Read the report from **overall working hours → detailed work-hour record**. **Layer 1 – Work Hour Summary** - Review the **Distance** travelled by each object. - Check the **Working Duration** recorded for the selected period. - Review the associated **Driver** information. - Expand an object to view its detailed work-hour record. **Layer 2 – Work Hour Detail** - Review the **Start Datetime** and **Start Location**. - Check the **End Datetime** and **End Location**, where available. - Review the **Driver, Employee No, Distance, and Working Duration**. - Use **Show Path** to view the recorded route. ### Take Action - Apply filters based on **date, time range, company, branch, vehicle details, and objects**. - Expand an **Object** to investigate its work-hour details. - Review working duration and distance to analyze object utilization. - Use **Show Path** to review the associated travel path. - Export the report in **XLS, PDF, or CSV** format. Important Notes - The report is generated according to the selected **date, time range, and object filters**. - **Working Duration** is displayed in time format. - Detailed work-hour records are available by expanding the relevant object. -
