Utilization Report
The Utilization Report provides an overview of tracking device and vehicle utilization for the selected period. It helps users compare engine hours and GPS distance against the defined period values and review the current location of each tracking device.

- Monitor tracking device utilization.
- Review total engine hours for the selected period.
- Compare current GPS distance with the defined GPS distance.
- Compare total engine hours with the defined period.
- Identify vehicles or devices with higher or lower utilization.
- View the current location of the tracking device.
How to Access
- Report-->Activity-->Utilization Report
Filters
Use the available filters to generate the report:
- Company: Select the required company.
- Date Selection: Select the required date or date range.
- Branch: Select the required branch.
- Vehicle Group: Select the required vehicle group.
- Vehicle Type: Select the required vehicle type.
- Vehicle Brand: Select the required vehicle brand.
- Vehicle Model: Select the required vehicle model.
- Object Selection: Search and select the required objects from the available hierarchy.
Additional options include Save Filter, Delete Filter, Apply, XLS, PDF, and CSV.
Report Layers
The Utilization Report has one layer: Utilization Report.
Layer 1 – Utilization Report
Provides the utilization information for the selected tracking devices and objects.
Key information includes:
- Tracking Device Name
- IMEI No
- Object Brand
- Object Model
- Tracking Device Branch
- Total Engine Hours
- Current GPS Distance
- Total Engine Hours Defined Period
- Total GPS Distance Defined Period
- Current Location
- Map
The Map option can be used to view the location of the selected tracking device.
How to Read
Read the report by comparing the current utilization values with the defined period values.
Utilization Report
- Check the Tracking Device Name and IMEI No to identify the device.
- Review Total Engine Hours and Current GPS Distance.
- Compare them with Total Engine Hours Defined Period and Total GPS Distance Defined Period.
- Check the Current Location of the device.
- Use Map to view the location on the map.
Take Action
- Apply filters to focus on specific companies, branches, vehicle groups, vehicle types, brands, models, or objects.
- Review engine hours and GPS distance against the defined period values.
- Use Map to check the current location of a tracking device.
- Export the report in XLS, PDF, or CSV format.
Important Notes
- The report is generated according to the selected date and object filters.
- Total Engine Hours Defined Period and Total GPS Distance Defined Period are shown for comparison with the corresponding current values.
- The report displays tracking device-level information.
- Current Location and Map information depend on the location data available from the tracking device.
