The Travel History Report provides a detailed record of the travel and movement history of selected vehicles/objects during the specified date and time range. It helps users analyze when and where a vehicle started and ended its travel, the distance covered, travel duration, running, idle and stop time, speed, alerts, and current status.
The report provides a trip-wise view of vehicle movement, allowing users to understand individual travel segments and compare the vehicle's movement across different locations. It can be used to review travel patterns, identify periods of movement or stoppage, analyze distance and speed, and investigate trips associated with alerts.

Filters
Use the available filters to generate the report:
Travel History Report Filters
- Company: Select the required company.
- Branch: Select the required branch within the selected company.
- Date Selection: Select the required date or reporting period for which travel history needs to be generated.
- Time Range: Enable this option when a specific time range needs to be considered.
- Object Selection: Select one or more vehicles/objects whose travel history should be included in the report.
Click Apply to generate the report.
Additional options:
- Save Filter: Save the selected filter combination for future use.
- Delete Filter: Delete a saved filter configuration.
- XLS: Export the report to Excel.
- PDF: Export the report to PDF.
- CSV: Export the report to CSV.
Report Layers
The Travel History Report has one main report layer that provides trip-wise travel information for the selected objects.

The report displays each travel segment separately, including the object, start and end time, start and end location, speed, distance, duration, running, idle and stop time, alerts, map information, and status.

How to Read
Read the report from vehicle/object → travel segment → movement and trip information.
- Check Object to identify the vehicle or asset for which the travel record is displayed.
- Check Start Time to identify when the travel segment started.
- Check Start Location to identify the location where the travel segment began.
- Check End Time to identify when the travel segment ended.
- Check End Location to identify the location where the travel segment ended.
- Check AVG Speed to review the average speed recorded during the travel segment.
- Check MAX to review the maximum speed recorded during the travel segment.
- Check Last Distance to review the distance recorded from the previous travel point.
- Check Distance to review the total distance associated with the travel segment.
- Check Duration to identify the total duration of the travel segment.
- Check Running to identify the amount of time the vehicle was in running/moving status.
- Check Idle to identify the amount of time the vehicle remained idle.
- Check Stop to identify the amount of time the vehicle remained stopped.
- Check Alert to review the alerts associated with the travel record.
- Check Map to access the map/location representation of the travel record.
- Check Status to identify the current status of the travel record.
Take Action
- Review Start Time and End Time to understand the duration and timing of a trip.
- Compare Start Location and End Location to determine the route segment travelled by the vehicle.
- Review Distance to analyze the distance covered during each travel segment.
- Check AVG Speed and MAX to identify the vehicle's speed pattern.
- Compare Running, Idle, and Stop durations to understand how the vehicle spent its travel period.
- Review Alert values to identify trips associated with alert events.
- Use the Map option to visually review the relevant travel location.
- Use the report to identify unusual travel, extended idling, frequent stops, or other movement patterns.
Important Notes
- The report displays travel records based on the selected Company, Branch, Date Selection, Time Range, and Object Selection.
- Each row represents a travel segment for the selected object.
- Start Location and End Location indicate the beginning and ending locations recorded for the travel segment.
- Running, Idle, and Stop values represent the respective durations within the travel record.
- AVG Speed represents the average speed recorded for the travel segment, while MAX represents the maximum recorded speed.
- Distance represents the distance associated with the travel segment.
- The Alert column indicates alerts associated with the displayed travel record.
- The report can be exported in XLS, PDF, and CSV formats.
