Stoppage

The Stoppage Summary Report provides a consolidated view of vehicle stoppages during the selected date and time period. It helps users identify where vehicles stopped, how long they remained stopped, the distance travelled between stoppages, running and idle duration, speed information, and the number of stoppages.

The report also allows users to open an individual object and view detailed stoppage records, including arrival and departure times, location, stoppage duration, speed, fuel, temperature, and map information.

Filters

Use the available filters to generate the report:

Stoppage Summary Report Filters

• Company: Select the required company.
• Date Selection: Select the required date or reporting period.
• Time Range: Enable this option when you want to specify a particular time range within the selected date.
• Branch: Select the required branch.
• Vehicle Group: Select a predefined vehicle group to filter the report.
• Vehicle Type: Select the required vehicle or asset type.
• Vehicle Brand: Select the vehicle manufacturer or brand.
• Vehicle Model: Select the required vehicle model.
• Calculation for: Select the parameter used for the duration-based calculation.
• Duration: Select the required comparison condition, such as Greater Than.
• Duration Value in Minutes: Enter the duration value in minutes to filter stoppages based on the specified duration.
• Object Selection: Select one or more vehicles/objects to include in the report.
  • Search: Use the search box to quickly find a specific object.
  • Object Tree: Displays available companies, branches, and objects in a hierarchical structure.
  • Select All: Select all available objects.
  • Object Checkbox: Select individual objects.

Click Apply to generate the report.

Additional options:

• Update Filter: Update the current filter configuration.
• Delete Filter: Delete the selected filter configuration.
• XLS: Export the report to Excel.
• PDF: Export the report to PDF.
• CSV: Export the report to CSV.

Report Layers

The Stoppage Summary Report has two layers: Stoppage Summary → Stoppage Detail.

Layer 1 – Stoppage Summary

Provides an overall view of stoppage activity for each selected object, including distance, running, idle and stop duration, maximum stoppage duration, number of stops, speed information, overspeed information, and alerts.

Click the + icon against an object to view its individual stoppage records.

Layer 2 – Stoppage Detail

Shows individual stoppage records for the selected object, including the arrival time, location, previous distance and durations, approximate distance, speed, fuel, temperature, departure time, overspeed information, alerts, and map.

Use the back arrow to return to the Stoppage Summary.

How to Read

Read the report from overall stoppage activity → individual stoppage record.

Layer 1 – Stoppage Summary

• Check Company and Branch to identify the organizational details.
• Check Object to identify the vehicle or asset.
• Check Driver to identify the driver associated with the object, where available.
• Check IMEI No to identify the tracking device.
• Check Distance to review the distance travelled by the object.
• Check Running to review the total running duration.
• Check Idle to review the total idle duration.
• Check Stop to review the total stoppage duration.
• Check Max Stoppage to identify the longest stoppage duration.
• Check No of Stop to identify the total number of stoppages.
• Check AVG and MAX under Speed to review average and maximum speed values.
• Check Overstay to identify overstay duration or occurrences, where applicable.
• Check Alert(s) to review the number of alerts associated with the object.
• Click the + icon to investigate individual stoppage records.
• Use Playback to access the available playback option for the object.

Layer 2 – Stoppage Detail

• Check Stop No to identify the sequence of each stoppage.
• Check Arrival to identify when the vehicle arrived at the stoppage location.
• Check Location to identify where the vehicle stopped.
• Check Last Distance to review the distance recorded before the stoppage.
• Check Last Running to review the running duration before the stoppage.
• Check Last Idle to review the idle duration before the stoppage.
• Check Last Stop to review the previous stop duration.
• Check Approx Distance to review the approximate cumulative distance.
• Check Running to review the running duration associated with the record.
• Check Idle to review the idle duration.
• Check Stop to review the stoppage duration.
• Check Speed – AVG to review the average speed.
• Check Speed – MAX to review the maximum speed.
• Check Fuel to review the fuel value, where available.
• Check Temperature – Min/Max/AVG to review the recorded temperature values, where available.
• Check Departure to identify when the vehicle departed from the stoppage location.
• Check Overstay to identify whether the stoppage exceeded the configured duration.
• Check Alert(s) to review alerts associated with the stoppage.
• Use Map to view the stoppage location on the map.

Take Action

• Review vehicles with a high number of stoppages to identify operational inefficiencies.
• Check Max Stoppage to identify vehicles with unusually long stops.
• Use the Duration filter to focus on stoppages exceeding a specific duration.
• Review Location and Arrival/Departure times to investigate where and when a vehicle stopped.
• Compare Running, Idle, and Stop durations to understand vehicle utilization.
• Review Speed AVG/MAX to identify driving patterns around stoppage events.
• Check Overstay when investigating stops that exceed the configured duration.
• Review Alert(s) for stoppages associated with recorded alerts.
• Use the Map option to verify the geographical location of a stoppage.
• Export the report when stoppage information is required for further analysis or documentation.
