It provides an object-wise summary of notification activity along with the vehicle's company, branch, brand, and model details. The report also allows users to drill down into a specific object to view the **individual alert notifications**, including the alert type, alert generation time, SMS status, total SMS sent, and email status. This helps users verify notification activity and investigate whether alerts were communicated through the configured channels. ### Benefits - **Monitor SMS and email notification activity.** - **Identify objects generating a high number of notifications.** - **Review the total SMS and email notifications sent.** - **Identify the alert types associated with notifications.** - **Verify the notification status for individual alerts.** - **Investigate notification activity for a specific object.** ### How to Access - Report--\>Alert--\>SMS-Email Summary ### Filters Use the available filters to generate the report: - **Company:** Select the required company. - **Branch:** Select the required branch. - **Vehicle Group:** Select the required vehicle group. - **Vehicle Type:** Select the required vehicle type. - **Vehicle Brand:** Select the required vehicle brand. - **Vehicle Model:** Select the required vehicle model. - **Date Selection:** Select the required date or reporting period. - **Object Selection:** Select one or more objects/vehicles from the available company and branch hierarchy. Use the **back arrow** to return to the SMS - Email Summary. ![](https://helpdesk.uffizio.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-10-2026-11-35-32-8526-AM.png?width=1271&height=773&name=image-png-Sep-10-2026-11-35-32-8526-AM.png) ### How to Read Read the report from **overall notification summary → individual alert notification records**. **Layer 1 – SMS - Email Summary** - Check **Company** and **Branch** to identify the object ownership/location. - Check **Vehicle Brand** and **Vehicle Model** to identify the vehicle details. - Check **Object** to identify the vehicle or tracked object. - Check **Sent SMS** to see the total number of SMS notifications sent. - Check **Sent Email** to see the total number of email notifications sent. - Click the **+** icon to investigate individual notification records. **Layer 2 – SMS - Email Detail** - Check **Alert Type** to identify the alert associated with the notification. - Check **Alert Generation Time** to identify when the alert was generated. - Check **SMS** to review the SMS notification status. - Check **Total SMS Send** to view the number of SMS messages sent for the alert. - Check **Email** to review the email notification status. **Example:** If an object shows a high **Sent Email** count in the summary, open the detail layer to identify **which alerts generated the emails and when those alerts occurred**, along with the SMS and email notification status. ### Take Action - Review objects with a high number of SMS or email notifications. - Investigate frequent alert notifications for specific objects. - Check individual alert records when notification activity needs to be verified. - Review SMS and email status to identify notification delivery activity. - Use the report to monitor and validate alert communication across the fleet. Important Notes - The report contains **two layers: SMS - Email Summary → SMS - Email Detail**. - The report results depend on the selected **Company, Branch, Vehicle Group, Vehicle Type, Vehicle Brand, Vehicle Model, Date Selection, and Object Selection**. - **Sent SMS** represents the total SMS notification count shown for the selected object. - **Sent Email** represents the total email notification count shown for the selected object. - The detail layer provides the notification information associated with individual alerts. -
